I am a music educator by day and a music creator by ‘nights and weekends’. With over 25 years private teaching, performing, composing and creating on various instruments, I’ve covered a lot of ground over multiple genres. Although I most often perform on the electric bass, I also take other instrument work as well as composing/arranging for various instrumentation.
I hold a B.M. in Music Education with steel pan as a primary instrument, and a B.A. in Philosophy, both from Northern Illinois University. I hold a M.Ed. in Special Education with an endorsement as a Learning Behavior Specialist I from Concordia University.
I live outside the city of Chicago with my wife, our daughter, and our dog. When I’m not teaching or working on music ventures, I’m spending time with family and friends talking, laughing, traveling, and enjoying life.
I’m ready to take on your next performance, recording, or composing project!
